Brondi is the product of a long-standing dream — over ten years in the making — to bring high-quality, speciality coffee and brunch to our own neighbourhood. More than just a café, Brondi is our way of sharing something we’ve loved for years with the community we call home.
Born from the Laneways of Melbourne & the Beaches of Sydney
Our inspiration comes from years spent living in Australia — sipping espresso in Melbourne’s iconic laneways, where every café feels like a hidden gem, and soaking up the coastal vibes of Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, where beach mornings blend seamlessly into laid-back brunches.
That time Down Under gave us a deep appreciation for coffee done properly: smooth flat whites, silky batch brews, carefully sourced beans, and menus that balance health, indulgence and flavour — all served in relaxed, stylish spaces that make you want to linger.
THE START OF SOMETHING NEW
When we returned to England, we couldn’t help but notice what was missing. The café culture we’d grown to love — that balance of quality, creativity and comfort — just didn’t exist in the same way here. We missed the energy, the food, the coffee… but more than anything, we missed the experience.
That’s when Brondi began to take shape — a space that brings people together over great coffee, delicious food, and good vibes. A place with soul.

Having lived on Station Road for many years, choosing Dorridge as the home for Brondi was a no-brainer. We wanted to build something for the area — something that felt like it belonged. Not a chain. Not a copycat. Just a place that reflects our passion.
